Voters elect four Robbinsdale district school board members

New Hope, Minn. (November 3, 2009) - Four candidates were elected by voters to the school board in Robbinsdale Area Schools on Nov. 3. Newly elected board members are Mark Bomchill, Plymouth; Patsy Green, New Hope; Linda Johnson, Golden Valley; and Tom Walsh, Plymouth. Johnson, Green and Walsh are incumbents.

The candidates were elected to four-year, at-large positions. Voters could choose to cast votes for up to four candidates for school board. The school board will certify the results in a special meeting on Nov. 9 and the board members will take office on Jan. 4.
