Flyer Guidelines

Robbinsdale Area Schools uses Peachjar to distribute electronic flyers to families of students in our district.

If you would like to submit a flyer, please follow these steps.

1. Register online with Peachjar; select “Program Provider” or “Parent Group Representative.” All flyers must be uploaded to Peachjar by the organization or group sponsoring the event or activity.

2. Flyers must be submitted as a PDF. This disclosure will be automatically added to your flyer: “Robbinsdale Area Schools does not sponsor, endorse or recommend the activities announced by this publication, and this publication has not been produced, copied or printed at district expense.”

3. All flyers are subject to approval by the district and must comply with Administrative Procedure 904AP and Administrative Procedure 905AP. All activities, events and materials must be educationally related or offer co-curricular opportunities to children and families. Materials may be denied if it interferes with the district’s educational objectives or school activities.

4. Approved flyers will be sent with school and district flyers to families on Wednesdays. When uploading flyers, please select Wednesday of the appropriate week you’d like your flyer sent.

Weekly Deadline and Email Distribution
The deadline for uploading flyers is Monday evening for approval Wednesday morning. When you upload your flyer, make sure the post date is set to Wednesday of the week you want your flyer distributed to families.
