Dear Robbinsdale Area Schools Families,

We thank our students, families and staff for their understanding, patience and support during this unprecedented time navigating the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic. MARCH 30, 2020 and beyond: Robbinsdale Area Schools, in conjunction with state agencies, will re-evaluate school closure and distance learning requirements for the week beginning March 30, 2020, and beyond. As soon as possible, Robbinsdale Area Schools will communicate guidelines and plans to families and staff.

Staff Present Monday and Tuesday

Childcare for elementary-age students

Please look for additional communication from Robbinsdale Area Schools Adventure Club regarding childcare for elementary-age students. As a reminder, there will be no Adventure Club on Monday, March 16, 2020.

How can you help?

Please continue to practice healthy habits to limit the spread of disease:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. For more guidance see the CDC: When and How to Wash Your Hands and Handwashing Video. If you cannot wash your hands, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer with a minimum 60% alcohol content.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, or cough into the inside of the elbow. Dispose of tissues immediately. Wash hands afterward.

Thank you for your partnership and understanding during this time of rapidly changing information.

Sincerely,

Carlton D. Jenkins, Ph.D.

Superintendent
