UPDATE: As of Jan. 3, 2022, Robbinsdale Area Schools has changed the way staff report work-related accidents and injuries. The new process is to call the Nurse Line. Follow these instructions.

Employee Accident Reporting, or First Report of Injuries

In the event of an accident or injury at the work-place, employees should immediately notify their supervisor, and then call the nurse line at 1-844-847- 8708. This is required for all workplace injuries. (See the nurse line flyer.)

The nurse line will assist in triaging the injury and determining what treatment is needed. If it's a medical emergency, call 911, and following the emergency, the employee's supervisor should call the nurse line.

If the registered nurse feels medical treatment is needed, they will help facilitate the process by calling the appropriate medical provider, let the provider know the employee will be coming for treatment, and provide all necessary details. If the employee does not need medical care, the nurse will provide the employee with their contact information, should anything change.

The nurse line can be accessed at any time of day, any day of the year, and will also follow up with the employee 24 to 48 hours after their initial call.

As a resident of the Robbinsdale Area School District, we are keeping our lights on for you.  In addition to the critical job of preparing our students for a successful future, we strongly believe that schools are a vital resource for everyone in our school community, young and old alike.  That is why the Community Enrichment and Engagement division of Robbinsdale Area Schools schedules and supervises the use of district buildings before and after school and on weekends.  Non-residents are also welcome to rent district facilities.

Community Use of Facilities

The Safety Data Sheets (SDS) can be utilized by all staff, families and community members, and is inclusive to all the chemicals that could potentially be within our buildings. Staff can access the Safety Data Sheets through MyPortal. Families and community members who would like to request a Safety Data Sheet should contact the Director of Risk Management at hayley_heidelberg@rdale.org or 763-504-8135.
