Learn more about culture in our school community

Our communities are always changing. New immigrants arrive, bringing with them new foods, languages, and traditions. With that in mind, Robbinsdale Community Education invites you to increase your understanding of your neighbors, their culture, history and experiences through a series of adult enrichment courses exploring Who are Our Neighbors?

The next event in this series, Fathers of Color in Education, will be held will held 6:30-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26. The virtual event is free of charge, and all are welcome.

About the event:

There is a myth that fathers, especially fathers of color, are not involved in the education of their children. Meet the men who dedicate much of their time and effort to effectively parenting their students while navigating the education system as advocates.
