Latest Early Learning opportunities

Families with very young children can check out the following free offerings from Rdale's Early Learning program.

Friday Family School: This class is specially designed for English language-learning families to have fun together. Children learn with a preschool teacher. Parents learn with a parent educator about how children learn and grow. Classes are taught by experienced English language teachers. This class meets at the Crystal Learning Center, 305 Willow Bend in Crystal. Need help registering online? Call 763-504-4086. Starts Oct. 25.

Incredible Infants: Having an infant is exciting and challenging. Our weekly classes are designed to be your time to slow down, enjoy your child, and connect with others. Children will explore and learn through music, movement, and play. With support from our licensed parent educators, families also get to discuss and learn more about infant sleep, feeding, ways to support growth and development, managing parenting stress and so much more. Virtual class starts Oct. 21.

Book Buddies, 2-4 year-olds: Join your child(ren) as they explore the enriching world of literacy using new and exciting hands-on literacy activities led by a licensed Early Childhood Educator. Mondays at 1-2 p.m. at New Hope Learning Center, 8301 47th Ave N. in New Hope. There is no fee for this activity and registration is not required.

Toddler Drop In and Play: Interested in exploring a new play space? Caregivers can drop in anytime to play with their children as they explore a children's classroom and learning activities. A Parent Educator will be available to answer questions and provide resource information. Thursdays 1-2:30 p.m. at New Hope Learning Center, 8301 47th Ave N. in New Hope. There is no fee for this activity and registration is not required.
