Updates from Early Learning: 2026-27 Programs and Preschool

Robbinsdale Area Schools Early Learning offers a variety of programs to support families with children, birth through five years of age. These programs include preschool, classes for caregivers with licensed teachers, early childhood screening, and more.

Preschool registration for the 2026-27 school year is open! Preschool programs are designed to nurture your child and to build upon the skills that they will need in kindergarten. Visit earlychildhood.rdale.org/preschool for more information and to register.

Registration for 2026-27 Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, May 1. These classes are designed to strengthen families and support children's healthy growth and development. ECFE provides services, classes and support for families with children from birth through pre-kindergarten. ECFE licensed teachers work to support caregivers and partner with them to help young children develop their physical, linguistic, cognitive and social potential.

Early Childhood Screening is a free and simple check of how your child is growing, developing and learning. Early childhood screening is required for kindergarten and most preschool enrollment. Early Childhood Screening is an early look at a child's development to help identify specific needs that may interfere with learning, growth, and development.
