Minnesota recently passed legislation requiring school districts to provide free menstrual products to students in grades 4-12. Minnesota is the16th state to mandate free menstrual products in schools. Menstrual products refer to pads, tampons or other similar products used during a menstrual cycle.
In the coming weeks we will install product dispensers in girl bathrooms and all gender neutral bathrooms for grades 4-12, as well as receptacles to dispose of them.
