Rdale communications team earns 8 national awards

The Robbinsdale Area Schools department of communications and marketing recently earned eight awards from the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA).

The awards recognize excellence in traditional and digital public relations efforts, such as videos, newsletters, infographics, writing, and more.

Each March, school districts submit nominations for recognition to NSPRA, and Rdale’s communications team offered eight submissions.  The district earned awards for all of its entries. Award winners from across the country were recognized at the national convention, which was held in Washington July 15-18.

Entries were judged within a category only against those from organizations of similar type and size. For Rdale, awards were judged among a peer group that includes the largest school districts in the country. Each entry was judged on overall excellence, as well as quality compared to other entries in the category.
