Vision 2030 Team meets again: enrollment and budget discussions

On Feb. 25, the Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030 Team met again at Cooper High School to examine enrollment trends, budget realities, and program effectiveness. 

Notably, State Demographer Hazel Reinhardt presented updated enrollment information, and the team was particularly in projections at the elementary and kindergarten levels.

Superintendent Dr. Teri Staloch reaffirmed the district’s commitment to long-term success:
"We’re not just planning for the next year—we’re planning for the next decade. Every decision we make now must set our students up for success in the future."

📊 Engagement goal update: To date, more than 5,425 people have taken the survey, attended a community or staff meeting, or participated in the Vision Team. We continue pushing toward 50,000 engagement points—every voice matters in this process!
