Students Lead the Way at Cooper
This week, Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030 centered student voice as we wrapped up in-class engagement with activities at Robbinsdale Middle School and FAIR School Crystal. Students shared how they define success, what inspires them, and what they want from their schools—providing powerful insight to shape the future of Robbinsdale Area Schools.
📍 Student Engagement:
✔ April 10 – Robbinsdale Middle School
✔ April 11 – FAIR School Crystal
💬 A word from Superintendent Dr. Teri Staloch: “Our students are telling us exactly what they need—and what they value. Their voices are full of purpose and possibility, and they deserve to be at the center of every decision we make.”
📆 Looking Ahead: Vision Team Gathers Again
📍 Next Vision 2030 Team Meeting:
✔ April 30 – FAIR School Crystal
The team will dive deeper into safety and security, standard operating procedures, and take a long look at academic visioning and programs.
Two Distinct but Interconnected Efforts
Robbinsdale Area Schools is engaged in two parallel—but connected—efforts:
🔹 Budget deficit and stabilization: The district must cut $21 million for the 2025-26 school year to restore financial stability.
🔹 Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030: A long-term planning initiative to create a strong, sustainable, and competitive future for our district.
💬 Dr. Staloch: “We must be honest about where we are today—and bold about where we want to go tomorrow.”
