Share your input as new high school science materials are selected

Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking your input in selecting new high school science materials for the 2022-23 school year.

We invite staff, families and community members to the upcoming vendor fair to review materials, ask questions and provide input for the final selection of curriculum being considered. 

Robbinsdale Area Schools is planning to purchase new curriculum resources for anatomy and physiology, forensics, chemistry, physics, environmental/earth science, biology, and advanced placement science courses. 

The vendor fair will happen from 3 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, in the media center at Plymouth Middle School, 10011 36th Ave N. in Plymouth. 

The four potential curriculum vendors are Cengage, Discovery Education, McGraw Hill, and Savvas. 

This is a curriculum review year for science. The Curriculum & Instruction Department reviews resources and instructional practices on a regular basis to:

• Ensure alignment to the Minnesota Academic Standards, Unified District Vision and Equity policy

• Support best instructional practices in science

• Meet the needs of our diverse learners and academic programs
