Robbinsdale Area Schools offer incredible opportunities that nurture well-rounded students and build a strong sense of community. Our School Community Pathways bring neighbors together, and nurture friendships that can last a lifetime.

The Advanced Placement (AP) program at Robbinsdale Area Schools is a voluntary program in which students take college-level courses while they’re still in high school. Students can choose courses in 22 subject areas, including art, computer science, geography, government, music theory and more.

In the Robbinsdale International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, students explore the world as an interconnected community. By taking a global perspective, they develop skills in inquiry-based questions, thinking and reflecting on their observations.

Robbinsdale offers many opportunities to explore languages. By learning more than one language, students increase their brain connections and flexibility in thinking. Scholars also expand their vocabulary, and gain appreciation for different cultures.

For creative, hands-on students, an arts pathway can be the perfect fit. Students who are immersed in an integrated fine arts program develop creative skills that they can apply across all subject areas.

The future starts in the present at Robbinsdale Area Schools. Students who participate in science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) programming develop strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Some students prefer virtual learning because they’re not bound by the schedule of a school bell. They can learn from anywhere at any time. The Robbinsdale Virtual Academy is for students in Grades 3 through 12.
