REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE & DISPOSITION SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that Robbinsdale Area Schools, Independent School District No. 281 (“District”), is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced real estate brokerage firms to provide professional real estate brokerage, property valuation, marketing, listing, negotiation, and sales assistance services for multiple District-owned properties that may be offered for sale.

The selected firm(s) will work with District administration to develop property-specific marketing and disposition strategies while recognizing that the District retains sole authority over all sales determinations.
