Tools for Families
Most student and parent resources are found on your child's school website. This includes school-specific information such as calendars, lunch menus, bell times, office hours, student services and school activities. For links to your child's school, visit rdale.org/schools.
The following district-level parent resources include a one-stop-shop for online payments, steps to access your Parent Portal account and other helpful resources.
If you can't find what you're looking for, click the "search" button on the top menu to search the website for the information you're trying to find.
Online payments
Robbinsdale Area Schools uses four online payment systems, which each serve different needs, and allow parents/guardians, students and staff to pay for things like school lunches, field trips, activities and athletics, Community Education classes, early childhood programming, and more.
Titan School Solutions is used to make payments to school lunch accounts, and to register for educational benefits.
Titan payment instructions
- Visit family.titank12.com and sign up for your account. Confirm your email to complete the registration process.
- Sign in to your account using your username and password.
- When looking at the Titan dashboard, you can add money to your account by clicking "Add Money to Meal Account."
- Then click on "New Recurring Payment" and enter the payment amount, frequency of payment, and your personal payment information.
- Then click "Save."
Eleyo is used to register to, and make payments for Community Education programming, which includes Early Childhood offerings, Adventure Club and adult enrichment and learning opportunities.
Eleyo payment instructions
- Visit rdale.ce.eleyo.com, which will take you directly to the Eleyo online dashboard.
- Click "Explore All Programs" from the menu
- Select "View Your Dashboard." This dashboard will show any balances owed on the left, as well as current or upcoming enrollments and payment receipts on the right.
rSchoolToday is used to make payments for all high school-related activities and athletics.

Payment instructions
- Click "View My Account," then click "Returning Users." Enter your username and password, or fill out the steps to create a new user account.
- Click your account information and follow the steps to may a payment.
The Infinite Campus School Store is used to pay for all school-related purchases and fees, and to purchase device protection plans.
Infinite Campus School Store payment instructions
- Login to the Infinite Campus School Store
- Click "School Store" on the left side menu
- Click the logo of the school your student attends
- Select the item you would like to pay for (i.e. Device Protection Plan, instrument, sports)
- (If you have more than one student attending the school you selected in step three, you will need to select a name from the "Recipient Field Drop Down" menu.)
- Click the blue "Add to Cart" button
- If you have another student(s), repeat steps three through four.
- Click on "My Cart"
- Add payment method; VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted
- Click "Submit Payment"

Parent Portal access
Parent Portal accounts were created for most families when your student(s) enrolled in Robbinsdale Area Schools. For you to access these tools, the school district needs a current email address on file. PRISM: Social service agency that helps people meet their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter. Call or check the website for hours. Serves residents in Golden Valley, New Hope, Robbinsdale, Crystal, Plymouth (East of 494), 763-529-1350.
NEAR: Provides emergency food relief to residents of northern Robbinsdale, Crystal and New Hope who live between 42nd and 62nd Ave N. Call 763-533-2836 or check the website for hours.

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program):
Helps Minnesotans with low incomes get the food they need for nutritious and well balanced meals. The program provides support to help stretch your household food budget. Income requirements apply. They can be reached at 651-431-4050.
NEW HOPE CHURCH FOOD SHELF
SECOND HARVEST SNAP OUTREACH: Specialists are available for application assistance, eligibility screenings and finding resources in your community. Use the online screening tool or call 651-209-7963.
GROCERY DELIVERY WITH METRO MOBILITY: Certified Metro Mobility customers and existing Transit Link customers can now order groceries online and have them picked up and delivered to your home.
WIC: is a U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) program that helps eligible pregnant women, new mothers, babies and children up to age 5 stay healthy. WIC services are available to income eligible residents. Call the Hennepin County WIC office at 612-348-6100 for more information and to schedule an appointment.
NAPS: Program participants are given a box of highly nutritious food that may include canned fruits, vegetables and juices, milk, cheese, canned meat, peanut butter or dried beans, cereal, rice or pasta. Participants must be low-income, Minnesota residents 60 years old or older. Fare For All: Fare For All is a pop up grocery store which sells fresh produce and frozen meat at a lower cost to families. Available at multiple locations throughout the metro, St. Joseph Catholic Community in New Hope hosts Fare For All Events one Wednesday a month. Learn more and view the dates here.

Hennepin County Emergency Rent Assistance
- Apply for help paying rent and utilities at www.hennepin.us/rent-help.
- Emergency rent assistance is currently available to Hennepin County residents with unpaid rent and very low incomes.
- The deadline to apply is March 19 at noon. You can get help paying for rent and utility bills.
- Free help is available to apply in languages other than English.
- This is a targeted short-term push to meet urgent needs in our community. More help will be available to even more people as part of a statewide COVID-19 Emergency Rent Assistance program opening later this month.
- Rent is still due during the State of Minnesota’s evictions moratorium. You can’t be evicted for not paying rent under Governor Walz’s executive order, but this order may be lifted soon and you may be at risk of eviction if you have unpaid rent. Apply for help now.
